wanted -window support brackets inner

Just in process of repairing window winding mechanism: butterfly clip had broken. Surprise- no inner window support brackets fitted . Has anyone got any spare ?

thanks for your reply. I maybe wasn't clear. It's the window inner support brackets that I need. I've already 3D printed the butterfly clip.

Have you looked in the bottom of the door. When I was repairing my doors/windows I found them lying in the bottom of the door. Just a thought, but maybe you should shove your hand in and have a rummage. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion Dan, had a good search of the door bottom. I suspect when the door window seals were last replaced, whoever did it failed to refit the supports. It's usual to loosen loosen off or remove them to remove the glass from the door

Try and look between the steel beam and door skin !

Hi Neil ,
Thanks for the advice, I'm off out to the garage to have another look.I'm not too optimistic as I had a good look around. I've got the new outer window seal on and the window ready to go back in, but I don't want to put it back together again without inner support brackets.

:( Back from the garage. thoroughly searched inside door with special attention to door beam and skin. Result 2 screws and a washer but no brackets .
