1 I have
2 easy to get
3 The bearings are graded, if you can get them it is an expensive way to rebuild an engine
Standard fits all sizes are available I have the rod bearings can't remember about the mains. Only N/A bearings are available aftermarket - they list the same for the Turbo so ignore the oil hole in the rod bearing and don't forget there should be 2 in the mains.
4 Thrust bearings get from lotus or a dealer only about £8
5 I don't think they are stretch bolts so you can use them again
6 I think you mean return. Was available from lotus. The feed is a metal pipe
7 You /they need to read the manual. Bolt tightness is given as a mixture of torque and angle.

You will also need a good supply of the hose clips.

Thanks for advice Simon
The metal oil return pipe is the one I'm talking about.
Apparently they can get blocked up with residue over a period of time and become less efficient. You can probably clean them but I was thinking of replacing if the price wasn't much and they were readily available.

PM me if there's anything you don't need or are willing to sell and we can sort something out.
