my flaps keep coming partially in the wind? has anyone solved this?

i was going to point you to tb10's project. but seems like you are already aware of that.

there aren't many cars with that design of headlamps, you may have to ultimately mcguyver your own solution, If no one comes to help, i would look into adding some bracket to the system to hold a spring somewhere where it would be under tension when the headlamps are in mid-position but not under tension at both extremes of movement.

no idea if there is room for such modification, but if the geometry allows it, finding a spring with the required tension shouldnt be too problematic

im just spitballing ideas here, affraid i cannot help in any valuable way.
