Hi,

I think without checking receipts about £550. Not sure what you mean about the no plate.

The number plate is facing skywards!

I was just suggesting that I think it would look neater if panel could be made so that the plate can be fixed more square or parallel to the lights!

just a thought!

wish this was on my car!!!

:smt023

was that £550 for lights, panel, fitting and paint job?
The answer is out there, It’s looking for you. And it will find you if you want it to!

Hi,
I take your point about the plate.
The cost I posted did not include the paint job, as I did it myself with paint I already had, so no cost involved, but obviously that would have to be factored in.

The issue is that the plate needs to be illuminated. The angle makes it easier to fit the light at the top without being an eyesore. If the light is in the boot lid itself (like mine) it doubles up as an excellent boot light, much better than the OEM one which is usually obscured by luggage when you want it most.

I am loitering on here from time to time, so send me a PM and I will get back to you - with-in a few days. I am still making the pods or panels to order. They do take 4-6 weeks to make though.

Hi Nate
Thanks for the message, unfortunately I cannot send panels to the USA as they are fragile and making packing boxes and arranging transport is time consuming and no fun. May I suggest that you have a chat with Marie as she made panels for the US guys some time back.

Best Regards
Chris

Hi Colin
I am the person that made the moulds for some of the conversions, Marie was another. Unfortunately they take too long to make and I will not be making anymore.

Best Regards
