The problem isn't finding the M12x1.5 30mm; that's a This is a DIN 933 standard configuration and readily available in Class 10.9 (US grade 8 ); however, DIN 933 is fully threaded from base to cap. The equivalent partial-thread standard is DIN 931; similar in appearance to NAS bolts with an unthreaded shoulder between cap and end. Unfortunately, DIN 931 bolts don't seem to be available in 1.5 pitch, only the standard 1.75. DIN6914 also looked promising until I realized the cap is 8mm and thread length is spec'd at 21mm. On a 30mm bolt, that means no shoulder.
