Seats look nice. Have you thought about anything for the rear end ? There's no gold apart from a couple of stickers on the rear side. How about painting the grille under the bumper ?

PS Would also suit an H100 JPS reg. plate or similar ;-) You'll need to lose that EU logo soon as well

Looks terrific!

What did you use on the bonnet prop rod - it looks thicker?

Although i usually tend to dislike the black and gold theme, (specially gold alloys on black car)
I have to say the car looks great, the detailing in gold looks nice on the seats and really like the golden plate in the engine bay. very nice touch.

ps, still not keen on gold alloys tho.
Still learning

All gold rather than gold and silver rims might look better ?

Thanks for the comments and feedback. Much appreciated.

To answer some queries....

Rambo- the rear of the car has a pinstripe on the spoiler...difficult to see though. I like the idea of a gold mesh though. Will look into it

Donsladek- the bonnet rod has convolute tubing on it. You generally see it on wiring on modern cars as protection.

Tuga2112 and Rambo- the gold alloys are based on the Lotus 97T formula 1 car where Senna won his first race in Portugal. The picture seems to make them very yellow, but they are actually the gold used by JPS LOTUS (Mars gold). The silver replicates the 97t rims.

Any other thoughts and comments, let me know
Thanks LEC so far

Carl - the gold mesh idea was first done by PaulP and ScottJ when they decided to go along the lines of doing a JPS on their black SE's. It looked OK but perhaps your idea of a pinstripe on the spoiler (you're right, its not easy to see it on the photo due to the reflection) is more subtle

Superb Carl. Very subtle and not overdone with bling.
Was going to suggest a gold pinstripe down the side but on closer examination I see you've already got one. We need a side view at speed so the wheels look more like this:

Can I ask if your seats are refurbished Elan or from another car?

Thanks,

I would say that they were refurbed M100 seats but that's only an educated guess
