List for air intake grommets.

Postby Russc » Fri 18.01.2008, 10:03

As a few people seem to be needing these thought i`d start a list. I`ll then ask Sj`s to bring a load of these to donny for us. Should save all the hassle of a group buy and postage.

They are SJ Sportscars:-
Fuel system | Air filter trunking
GROMMET, AIR PIPE tho INNER WING SJ100L0001 EACH 7.45

I`m sure i can help those that can`t make it on the day :) :)

Didn't know that SJS came to Donny? Never seen them there before but then again I've probably been too busy at the Sinclaire stand

That sounds like the SW Lotus stand.

Kier is coming up from the South West, don't know how close he is to SJs to collect and transport?

SJ's have been there before, but not sure if they we're last year ?, definitely don't go to Stoneleigh.

They weren't there last year, which is why i spent much of the day lugging a big bag of grommets round! (It's a great way to meet all those other members who you only know by their avatar, though :-) )

Also, it would be best to check with Steve as to how many they have in stock - they have to buy in bags of 5, so may only have a few on the shelf at any one time - It took him a couple of weeks to get the load i needed, so not too bad.

Due to the cost to him, there was only a small discount on a 10+ order, but the big saving came on the p&p.

(also, the price i quoted was from an old list, I've just checked and thy're listed at £10.95 + VAT + p&p at the moment - sorry for any confussion caused  )

I'm going to be popping down to Plymouth next weekend and could drop in to SJ's if thats any good to you.

It may be too soon, I guess it depends how quick the interest mounts.

Anyway, the offers there.

Ahh, my mistake.

Paul, that would be excellent. Could post you a cheque and grab it off you at donny?

I just got a quote back from SJ for the SJ100L0001 AIR PIPE tho INNER WING for 10.95£ but with postage and tax it comes down to 23.52£...isn't that a bit steep??
