Im planing a very busy bank holiday, and don't want to get caught waiting for something daft. My local nut and bolt shop only opens 9-5 mon - friday, plus I have no idea whats required!

Made a small start tonight by removing the heatshield, managed to snap the bolt down the side. (The hard to reach one)

You don't want to be worrying about sending one of Smiffys topics off-thread - he's the man who invented the concept

Right, I've sent to an email, with all the pictures you need (highlighted with your requirements).

As far as the snapped bolt goes, in the words of the prophet "They all do that, sir"...... if it's coming out anyway (the manifold), then it's a good time to drill out the old bolt shank, re-tap the thread and re-fit with a stainless M6 bolt.
