Bob,

I`m going to leave my name of the list for the calipers for now as i`m skint, but i do understand that this maybe the only opportunity to get a good discount from Hi-spec so depending on the price i may have to get the credit card out again

Bob, would it help if HiSpec were also aware that some of us were planning on buying front calipers (and maybe their whole kit) as well? It might encourage them more to know that there's also some front calipers to be sold IF they make the rears for us. Could make another list for the fronts too.

Can everyone please add on their front brake setup. Bob has already said that he won't supply upgraded rears unless your fronts are suitably upgraded.

Re: Hi-Spec rear conversion

Postby bobbrown » Fri 14.11.2008, 12:44

I have spoken to Hi-Spec and have a price out of them
Rear calipers are £280.00 inc vat pair (normal price £364.00)
Fronts are £280.00 inc vat a pair (normal price 366.6) economy calipers silver only £216.00 (normal price 286.7)
Note prices are axle set!
These have to be ordered on the one order to get this price. Current cost for people in the list stands at £4240.00
There will be a left rear and a right rear much as the current setup is so the handbrake cable follows the same route as current setup does.
Colour choice is down to the individual so standard colours are Black, silver, and gold, but other options are available like red.

I will need to know individual choices with regards to colour and if you want to source the discs or want a complete kit ready to bolt on.
I can then give you each an individually price according to how much or how little you wish to buy.
Please either PM or email the details across (Robert at swcsl dot co dot uk)
