As the current S2 version is the only one available and at £65.00 each + bushes I am making some.
Any one with a SE/NA and the "U" channel ones should check them as they do rust and may look OK but a tap with hammer and there may be more on the floor than was on the car
Will be made of 4130 chrome moly tube and a M16 threaded section left and right handed with locknuts so should be easy to adjust.
Cost would be £38.00 each excluding the bushes.
May look in to the cost to getting the bushes made up but at present with the numbers on the list it may not be economical due to the tooling cost etc

Bob, if I am not too late on this - only just noticed this, and got confused with drop links - this suspension thingy is so confusing

.
If I am too late - please remove my name from the list.

BFG in the BRG you are ok
I have 34 of the threaded sections as that was all that was available in the UK at the time of ordering so that translates into 17 cars.
I can get more but will probably have to ship from the USA so will make the 17 sets up first.
As this requires quite a bit of capital outlay would ask if you could pay for them total per car is £76.00 + post and packaging. no more than £8.00.
They will not take too long to make just awaiting the material (chrome moly tube) arriving from the USA so should be ready to ship in about 6/8 weeks time.

bob i bought a set of the s2 rears a few months ago and have struggled to get some bushes,
do you know if the bushes for your top links are the same dimensions as the lotus ones,
if not, would it be cost affective for you to get them made, or know of a good sorce,
cheers bob

I was not including the bushes as the numbers do not make it that economic but I can get them made 64 would probably cost £26.22 each but 100 would cost £22.00 each and 200 would be £18.25 each ish its a numbers game and I have to amortize the tooling cost. This does present a bit of an issue as once the tooling is done and paid for then the bushes can be run off in batches at any time and the cost of the tooling does not enter the equation.
I did not include them as I thought they were still available, SJ show them at £27.00 each but if this is not the case then let me know and I will see what can be sorted.

I could get in the UK at the right price can get some more but it would mean getting them from the USA but will prompt the UK supplier to get some more in so if these are needed for a second run they are available.
After a bit of jiggling with the suppliers it looks like I can get the material for these in the UK which will speed things considerably.

Production has started on these and I think it will take about 4 to 5 weeks to complete them.
All the metal is cut and some of the machining completed a lot of left hand threads to cut and then they will be ready to TIG weld.
