i checked the wheel nuts first, it felt as though something was loose,
iv'e got some slight play in one of the wheel bearings,
as i tried the se wheels and all was fine, it must be the tyres,
i'll just have to put up with them till i can afford some other tyres,

I've just noticed this thread and was wondering if I'd still be able to get a set for £460 all in, or am I too late?
Thanks for your help.

Last time I spoke to Lotus Aftersales, I was told that all the S2 alloys had been sold...
...But then I heard a rumour that someone managed to get some recently....???
I think the best course of action would be to get your local Lotus dealer to check. (They are more likely to get to the truth than me!)
Good luck, but I suspect they have all gone.

correct... Lotus put them as OBSOLETE on their lists ...
My dealer told me my wheels are arived last week, so i'm happy i've got some of the last sets available
