Oh mate its always very very scary. They could turn round and with one decision bankrupt you. I am very careful as to why I do what I do and my industry bears me out - lots of other people make the same VAT decisions I do on materials. But I've walked away from one of these with a £20k bill and a further £6k fines in the past so now its over I am a much happier bunny.

Know what you mean. We had HMRC do an inspection this year and it nearly cost us £6000 or so, despite us doing precisely and consistently the same thing for the last 15 years approved by two previous inspections! All down to the individual's interpretation and no consistency. Managed to resolve it but it was a bit of a nightmare.

Anyway back on topic: can't wait for the hubs so I can do rear calipers and handbrake too.

Oh don't say that. I always go through every decision and rule and why they were taken on the basis that I can then go forward operating the same way and NOT be second-guessed later on.

Anyway, back to more happy matters. No need to come help Rambo, as long as I keep doing my physio I am doing really well. I have re-organised my childcare options so I get a half-day to work Fridays now, and of course not doing 7-12 hours accounts a day makes a big difference.

So I should have everything packed and onto couriers in the next few days and be contacting everybody separately to check when they want them sent. I've got the first load ready to take to Edinburgh on Monday for uplift!

Hooray, Hooray, they are all shipping now.

I never managed Edinburgh Monday, then when it became clear I couldn't manage Tuesday either, I got things rearranged so I can ship from my unit. First collection was made this morning, and the second I'll have packed up this afternoon and sent tomorrow. Every UK person should have their hubs tomorrow or Friday. That leaves the couple internationals which I should be finalising today also, and a couple cancels and one non-payment to sort through.

If anybody checks this, please PM me your mobile number if I don't already have it for the couriers. Also to confirm if you don't want them sent just now - the only person I had marked for that was tb10 and he is back and noted above.

I need to work through the whole list in detail but as long as you've paid and sent me your shipping address, you'll get them tomorrow or the next day via UPS.

I will PM out confirmations of what I am doing individually first with consignment numbers for those I've sent, then consignment numbers later on for batch 2.

Thank you all for your patience with me. I've had a few issues the second half of this year and I appreciate its taken about 7 weeks for me to pack them once I received them which is just ridiculous.

They're almost all done. Last UK shipment leaves in an hour. I've had no time to send individual emails, sorry. I'll update tonight or tomorrow once I get the actual work out the way.

Once I get paid by the last few people, I can do the refunds from that money. A couple of people are now not taking them so I think there will be a few sets left over, which I will have to put on eBay if they are not wanted here as I can't afford to sit on them.
