Well we seem to be struggling to get 30 on the list :?

If we get 20 menbers were talking approx £53.50 for the 4 bushes which includes the cost of the tooling.

I've got some clunking in the front end, but haven't identified the source yet. So I am a maybe.

Thanks Gareth,

I know they have them listed but are they in stock?

The main point in doing this is that we`ll have our own tooling and then it will be cheap as chips for future orders and will match Bob`s lower front wishbones.

Since the tooling will be paid for with this time round i think on the next group buy we should have a percentage go to the LEC kitty which will pay for the tooling on the next bush replacement :?

Looks like we`ve got 18 sets, 2 more than we can get this done for approx £54 per set

I just did some fag packet calculations and saw that, if all the group buyers have a second set, the increase in cost is only around £20. Obviously it's individual choice and some have already opted to take a second set.
Its not a big ask and, assuming you throw a set on quickly, you then have a spare set ready and waiting!
I am up for a spare set given a few more takers of the idea.

Out of interest, Bob has offered to make up the sundries needed to properly fit the new bones, how does his offer tie in with the bushes (does it? should it?)

Paul.

I would happily take on a second set at that price if it somehow means this gets the go ahead. Any new bolts etc would be a brill idea and I've no problem in paying extra for them.

I've got hold of some second hand top wishbones so will have the patterns available and will also look into getting a package made up of all the correct tensile strength bolts etc including the "K" nuts on the upper ball joint fixing.
To give you people an idea the "K" nuts are not cheap but I can probably do them for around £1.00 each which compares to SJ's £3.00 each bolts I will not know till I have the correct detail and sourced them.
