I placed an order with the laser profilers today just to get the ball rolling, hopefully will take delivery of the concentric parts in about a week then I will be harrassing the welder, don't think he was overly impressed with the repetative nature of the job.

I have ordered a few extra just in case anyone else wishes to put their name on the list.

Update.
Took delivery of the laser cut parts yesterday, no problems with quality, they are spot on.
Last night I set about making up a jig from a length of 50x50 box section steel to hold 23 bolts at a time to keep the contric parts square and in the right position on the bolts and make the welders life a little easier, so today I'm going to drop the first 23 bolts off to him to weld. Once they are all done it will be off to the platers.
Regards Jamie
P.S. Still twelve pairs available !

Good man, Jamie,
Shame you can't make Archie's barbecue or I'd buy you a beer.
