I have no problems sorting these things out and it is better that only one does it as things can get lost in translation bit like which bolts were wrong when in fact it was the top mounting adapter that was at fault. Unfortunately this is not just a case of replacing the part as it requires the damper be stripped to replace other parts as well like the adjustment rod. The dampers are gas pressurised so can not be dismantled with out the correct tools and then they need to be refilled with nitrogen, again requiring the correct tools to do the job.
