I am very interested in the fans but am off the road until I can get them so quite desperate. Do you know if there are any going "spare"? Maybe there is a forum member who has some that I could purchase or order and replace?

Thanks for the links Jim. The old fans worked but the frames were awful. More worrying was the centre circlip holding the fan in place. Almost completely turned to dust

This is a very old thread and not sure if things are the same as when it was set up.

When I put a new fan on my old Elan, I used Wrights Auto Supplies in Coventry.

Other suppliers are available, eg fleabay.

Not sure what the demand would be, but I'm sure if you were to set the ball rolling by finding a supplier and starting the traditional, loved by us all, LEC list, you'd find out if there was enough to negotiate a discount.
