Nige, do you know the cost of a Turbo if bought individually (i.e. no discount) over here?

I see it as a maximum of 5 in the UK that want turbos. And how many of them want them Now? If, as is likely theres less than 5 wanting them now, then maybe myself and PaulP will opt for the US one.
The guarantee won't be an issue anyway by the sounds of it (installing it ourselves voids this)
I don't believe theres a massive ammount of difference in price, even including any duty etc. However, give me a big slap if I'm wrong.
Its passed the 5th now, so we'd better be quick if there to be any changes.
As it is at the moment, the list will stay the same I suppose.

It depend where you source it from but both the GBE (Paul's mate) and Turbo Dynamics are listing them at £575-£580 or so.

I'm unlikely to buy the turbo immediately as I have a number of other things on the go at present that were not planned when this kicked off and I need to stage my purchases. My original enquiry to Marie was part of my planning and info gathering for doing this upgrade in the future. However, when it took off I couldn't miss the opportunity and so have remained committed to what I said I would do.

This would not be true in the UK, providing you don't damage the turbo during install (or otherwise) then any seller in the UK would have difficulty in not honouring a 12 month guarantee, regardless of who fitted it.

I have no idea how it would work in the US/rest of the world, but in the UK the seller (not the manufacturer) is responsible for any defective items they sell.

When you get the invoice from Ekkers, it`ll tell you how to sign up and is very easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes infact it`s easyer to sign up than Paypal.

do you have a part number for the RC 550 injectors?

I've done a quick search on them and there seems to be 2 types available ie SATURATED INJECTORS or PEAK AND HOLD INJECTORS
which ones do we require?
