Lotus Elan Central

I need to build a downpipe now, I can't wait on others to produce them. So I need a flange.

Unless someone knows a source on these I'll get them made up. My shop can make me 10 for $27.50 each or
20 for $18.75 each, a one off is too much at $125.

To be clear this flange will look just like the gasket that bolts to the turbo. The only differance will be both holes
will be round and the wastegate hole will need to be ground a bit for clearance. This is to allow room for welding
these 2 very close together pipes.

So anyone else looking?

I'll do a flange but I'd really prefer stainless if possible.

Ashm nice try but that one will not do the job if you are trying to keep the wastegate flow separate.

Keeping the two separate for at least 18" is always a good move as is ensuring there are no steps in the flow

I thought this was a joke, if not then have you asked Billy at Nox, he has a test pipe he made that is not going to be sold, maybe it has the bit you want?

I have another shop that wants to give a quote on these, I'll ask about stainless.

I have heard stainless isn't a good idea on flanges because of how much it grows..
