Kev,

I've held them for 6 months, so a bit longer is no problem at all!

Logistically, I am off to Vietnam on Friday, and not back until 19th March - if you are happy to wait, we can sort it all out when i get back, but if you have seen a rare glimpse of sunshine and want to get on with the job, then just PM me your address and I'll get a set out to you before I go - we can sort the payment later.
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually.....

go on - click this link - you know you want to!

[quote="Brit-Car-Nut"]PNM has offered LEC a one time discount for the weather strips if we can order more than 25 sets. This only came about after so many were asking for replacements.

A set or a pair is both sides or enough to do the entire car.

Go to the bottom of this page: http://www.pnmengineering.com/lotus-bodywork-chassis.html

Wienlot made the introduction for LEC and PNM has been very generous in making their offer.

Everyone needs to take a look at their strips and decide if they need/want a new set.

If you want to see how to get to the strips to replace them, see http://wikilec.9600.org/index.php/Door_Trim.

Also http://www.lotuselanm100usa.info/lec/Door%20Card%20Removal-1.pdf
and http://www.lotuselanm100usa.info/lec/Door%20Card%20Removal-2.pdf

have decent pictures and descriptions of how to get to the seals.

The links don't work anymore, does anyone have working links?

Cheers

Tony

Easy: go to PNM site and search for weather strips or look here

Brit car nuts website has moved I think: check at the bottom of his posts for the new link, also here

WikiLEC link: go to wikiLEC tab at top of page and then look for door glass weatherstrips or try this link

LEC solves another problem!!!!

The basic file (combined) is now listed in the Manuals site as well as Specky's guide to remove and replace the window motor.

http://www.lotusm100.com/manuals/Door-Card-Removal.pdf

http://www.lotusm100.com/manuals/Specky ... Repair.pdf

I tried to consolidate and relist any guides, manuals or other helpful articles I found that looked to be helpful.

Just go to http://www.lotusm100.com/manuals and look through the index.

I did the "Gordon conversion" years ago, as long as you use a good glue (I used Q Bond) it's not too difficult.
Even after all this time none of my tabs have come off.
Above is the Honda seal (via Jamie) which I'm currently working on.
