Replacement seats

G'day all. My driver's seat is somewhat 'uncomfortable' and was wondering whether I can swap this around with the passenger's seat. Can this be done as the turn thingys for the seat back would also need to be moved to the other side. Any good alternative brand seats? Thanks.
