Anyone up for a very expensive fry up on Sunday 1st April ?

It`s well worth getting up early on Sunday, great roads, an excellent venue and some fantastic cars, but never enough M100`s (none, generally). I think SELOC have it in their diary, so it would be good to get a few Lotuses there.

We go M20, M23, pease pottage, petworth so we could meet you at billingshurst!

The only fly in the ointment is that we try to get there at 9am
we generally leave home at 8 ish, but it`s only the morning down there, we go at about 11 - 11.30.

Hi oliver, thanks for pointing me in the direction of this event. Thoroughly enjoyed this morning looking at a lot of cars that i will probably never be able to afford. I can really reccommend this event if you have the first sunday morning of every month free! Next time oliver i will bring our own bbq and have some proper meat in our burgers

Although like you i can`t afford most of the cars on display i can truthfully say i am very happy with my Elan and get pleasure from knowing it`s a rarer vehicle than modern Ferrari`s etc. It`s just as exotic (handbuilt etc.), but with a mass produced engine. The BBQ sounds a good idea. The badger burger made me feel ill, however the burger joint at the front (Goodwood`s own), is much better.

Next one is May 6th.
