I told Mrs Dico we had some new leather furniture arriving. Hope she likes it

I was going to waxoyl the inner sills whilst the seats were out, but there wasn't a spot of rust. To do a proper job the carpets need removing completely and perhaps even some masking up is needed, so i've decided to leave it for now rather than risk getting waxoyl everywhere. And anyway Mrs Dico may be getting some new carpets soon :wink:

Probably, don't know, don't know.
Is that any use

edit- Just to make it a little clearer, I didn't change the base, i've swapped the entire seats over for S2 ones. Courtesy of Elvis.

The Half leather seats look better IMHO :roll:

The door cards look good, what about having the seats in the same colour :wink:

BTW like the bling bolts on the disc/hats :-D

Must admit Silver, you have confused me ( not that that takes much doing ! ) having different coloured leather ?, but yes, the ARP's do look good !

Jamie,
The diaphragm thing is the big sheet of rubber with the row of hooks along each side. It goes under the seat and clips onto the frame to hold yer arse off the carpet!

In the picture above, its on the SE seat, but the S2 has the 'holey' bit instead.

Does that make sense?

i must say...stunning!!!! i wish folks in the states had half the style sense when it comes to their cars as the lotus owners do. some cars over here are just ridiculous. i give you a 9 out of 10 across the board. no 10 because i have seen a lot of other lotuses on this site. well, a 9.5 then. i hope you don't mind, i save a few of your pics.

i am curious, what are you doing as far as cooling the air charge? stock IC or upgrade?

Yep, save pics by all means.
I currently have the stock intercooler fitted but if a bigger one became available then I could well be tempted. Having said that, Costas runs his with some 300+ bhp with no aparent problems.

Doug, Yep I found them clips after fitting my new spare ones. I Knew I had put them somewhere safe but couldn't remember where :lol:

I've taken the gearlever out today, its being shortened by around an inch. Then its time to fit the short shifter. AB or Dave's? Its good to have a choice
