A guy waved to me on friday. He was driving an Elise.

Not much chance of me spotting or being spotted up here though.

There is only about 5 of us in the North East..

Five more than West coast of France - MGA, MGB, TR6 and Daimler Dart were the closest I came.

Red Elan this morning A23 top end of Redhill, Surrey.

I think the registration started with M but I was so shocked to see another Elan that I didnt realy look! :D

Swapped waves with the driver - would have flashed my lights but..........

http://lotuselancentral.com/forum/viewt ... 581#125581

...........All that would have happened is that they would have lit up a small area of gravel inside my front wheels

Calypso Red parked at the Sonic last night....

Oh wait....

that was mine!!! :smt006

I couldn't resist. It's the only way I'll ever see an Elan in real life, unless i somehow manage to join in on the Route 66 run, when/if that ever happens. :smt064

"I dont belieeeeeve it"

There I was driving down Saffron Walden High Street 1130 on a day out with a young lady and what should go past but another steel blue M100. No it wasnt a reflection, it was real. Obviously not from LEC? as it took some persuading for a wave in return.
