Hi,
I have a problem with my window mechanism.
Indeed I found that one of the plastic pulley mount on the metal slit is damage! Window go on,but it is very noise and I think that soon I must replace it.
How I can solve this problem without buy the total window mechanism??
Tanks

Gian,
If the broken part is the bit the glass sits on (the slider) you can read my thread here for parts and hints
Window Butterfly
If it is more to do with the cable itself then Ekapol started a brilliant thread here with everything you'll ever need to know
Window cable fixing
Hope that helps. You'll be quicker at getting the door dismantled after this!
Cheers,
Ian

Unfortunately the only broken part is the white pulley marked in the picture:(
Is possible found only this broken part?Or at least only the metallic slit with the 2 pulley?

Hey, that looks just like my window mechanism. I remember my ferrule bits there
Don't know if there is any where you can find just the pulley. How's your motor now? If the motor is still in decent condition, you might want to search your local hardware store.
Too bad I threw away the Peugeot rail I had, didn't know that the pulley pieces could help you. Also I don't know how the plastic pulley could come off the rail. Might need to pry out the metal fastener in the middle.

Always save all used Lotus parts! Somewhere down the road someone always needs a bit if only for a patter.
Remember, old car parts always have a purpose if only to serve as a bad example.
