central blocking

Postby DaveT » Sat 15.09.2007, 07:12

8)

My central locking does not appear to be working correctly.

Firstly I do not have a remote- just a key.

The key only operates the door it is used on but you can hear the c/l trying to do something.

If you are in the car and depress the passenger door lock button, both doors will lock. If you depress the drivers door button the passenger door will not lock but again it makes noises as if it is trying to do so.

Any simple ideas as all the connections seem to be OK.

Listen to a couple of other Elans at Bishops Stortford tomorrow. We may hear something that is relevant.
