Postby abmunro » Thu 04.10.2007, 12:13

Spotted at Hexham Horseless Carriages.

British Racing Green S2.

The service manager told me that it has only got 9000 miles on it.

It looked very nice.

On way home from work last night, checked mirror, no cars, came to T junction nothing coming either way, pulled out turned right.
250yds further down the road, checked mirror and low and behold a white SE up my chuff!

Only Mr Richard Steele of database notoriety. Tootled homeward together until we were separated by the M5 traffic.

Monty,
That was me and the mate I was taking from Horncastle to Southport.
Hope you didn't get held up for too long at end of M67, it looked terrible.

Thanks for my first 'spotting' on here.

10am today, BRG Elan, K *** XBH parking up at Sandhurst Memorial Car Park. Spoke to the owner, Spider, who has recently bought the car, a nice low mileage one. He mentioned that he'd previously owned an Elan, bought at launch, no. 3 off the line.
