Here it is folks
Bit earlier to get some more daylight and therefore more driving.

Hotel- Glen Helen- if we get enuff interest we'll have the whole place.

Out Fri 1200 from Liverpool. Return 0800 on Monday.

Track day on saturday afternoon sta.

Ideally we'd like at least 5 or 6 more but arrangements can be sorted for a max of 25 for the track day.

(Even though I'm all ready on the list)

Seriously guys there are not roads remotely like these anywhere else in the country and its perfectly legal to travel at 130mph (if you dare).

The car needs to be in good nick though. I went with a dodgy cooLing system and the trip totaled most of my hoses and the expansion tank! I'm still finding and fixing leaks. No regrets though not for a second.

Chill mate it was meant to be a joke. Hence the smiley after the off topic.

As he was "Off topiced" for mentioning his brakes in the other IOM thread then mentioned them here with a reference to being "Off topiced" there i thought I would be funny. But only to those who have read both threads I suppose.

I think my previous posting came across drier than I intended.
As a member of the East Mids crowd, I am more used to drifting off-topic than most. A lot of my comments are tongue-in-cheek even if they don't look it.
I also do not take offence at things very easily, so am unlikely to get upset if you were to take the piss. After all, if you don't Dico, DaveT or Dave Eds will be more than keen to beat you to it.

Unlikely.
My idea of tracking a car is to push right to the limit and beyond. My Elan is something I don't want to lose. So I am not sure I want to track my own car.
