Russ ( and Geoff)

Never, ever left a game early - at least at Wet Fart Lane you know there are gonna be injury time goals

If your going Weds Russ we can have a beer before and after :D

Having just watched Seville on Sky, I remain forever hopeful that Major Ed Anus can turn this around - all Levy has to do is buy their team and he will do the rest

Always a new dawn - usually false though :smt090

Dont know if you saw Younes Kaboul lying on the ground behind the goal just after the double woodwork strike - a supporter was taking a photo of him so he grabbed the camera and returned the favour :smt038

Smiffy you were wrong about JJ - he's now had 2 good games already this season :-D

6 points well earned me thinks

No word from Dapinks yet

Looking forward to that beer though Russ - if we can ever sought ourselves out

What is there to say?????

Not only do the Pride of the Second City lose to the worst team in the Midlands in a lucky last minute debacle, but then i see that the Spuds are above us in the league - ah well, at least i wont have to put anything in this thread next year - unless it gets changed to include the Championship

At least my lot managed a 1 - 1 draw at Chelsea which isnt bad going. Just a shame they helped all the other top three by getting the draw.

Dont worry too much Pinks, Spurs are only above the line on goal difference. Plenty of time for them to slide a place or two.

At least we didn't loose to the Mackems.

Good to see the Newcastle rejects doing so well - JJ-2 Bowyer-2 Solano-1  It was rather fortunate that Chopra hit the bar

Glen Hoddle fits the bill... :smt043

I hope Bernard Cribbins settles down quickly at WAFC and doesn't miss Bongo FC too much!

And before I get accused on non-PC talk, it all stems from here:

http://football.guardian.co.uk/fiver/

I've been subscribed to the daily e-mail of the Fiver for years now. It's the only decent product to come out of the Grauniad.

Did anyone see Top Gear on sun, Jeremy goaded Lawrence Dallaglio into commenting on your old 1st division,

"the Andrex premiership, soft and overpriced", I'll add my own "full of shite" postscript.

With a muppet for a manager and a squad of (the golden generation!!!wtf?) nancy boys you dont deserve to be anywhere near a major championship,

CROATIA :-D

Rumours are that McLeish may go to BrumShityFC.
Why would a manager with champions league experience and a chance to be at World Cup 2010 stoop so low.

Bite 3

I played in the same team as Dragan Stojkovic (and Bobby Robson's son whose name I can't remember) back in the late 80's. It was a World 11 and celebrities vs Greece. I was impessed with Dragan's firepower - he was a Serb/Croat playing for Red Star Belgrade at the time and he knocked in 2 absolute crackers. With my vital last minute save we held off the Greeks to win 4-3

Lets hope the Croats don't have the same firepower tonight otherwise that "muppet Maclaren" will be knocking on the door of Raith Rovers LOL
