I don't understand the black-wheel thing unless your car is black. Otherwise it just makes your wheels disappear & leaves an awkward void. The only possible advantage to black is not having to clean them often.

The wheel color in the picture is white, so it doesn't look right at all. In silver or gun metal it might look better

I don't know how to photoshop it so just my imagination for now.

I hear you Doug. I'm a big fan of 5 spokes but these are really nice in person

I did the left inner and outter last year. The shop did the right outter. Marie did the right inner boot. All 4 were replaced in a year. Hope they last me a little while

Good idea Matt. With non-directional tires, you can swap side too.
Too bad they don't have 17" on sale. They are a lot more than what they charge for 16" Now I have to hunt down Lotus center caps to replace real carbon fiber OZ caps.

Usually I'm not a fan of aftermarket wheels, but those are fantastic - as is your mechanic!
Could you (or she) make Lotus centre caps fit?
Just one point about the cam cover - more of a pointer to anyone else really in case they feel inspired from your pics: the two lugs over the exhaust cam on the LHS & RHS aren't used for anything, and so if you feel like grinding off the "ISUZU", you can safely do them at the same time.
But then you knew that already didn't you Ekkers - leaving them on was just an excuse to get her round again!

Striking fear into the hearts of duplicate posts everywhere...!

Neil
