Welcome to LEC, you've found the right place to help you sort your problems out.

I'll put you down for an interface by all means, but the Elan naturally runs rich and a sooty exhaust pipe is probably not too much to worry about. As a matter of interest, is yours an SE or S2? If it's an S2, please check out this thread and send your details to Gazza.

Sorry Mick, I thought I'd replied, but I haven't. I've been stuffed with a virus the last 4 weeks and some of the pills I've been taking haven't helped the old memory cell.

Anyway, there's one with your name on it and it won't break the bank. Do you want it at Donington?
