Please be careful Tigerdog.

With the power you have there, you would need the wilwoods like .. yesterday.

I even now thinking about something better stopping power than the wilwoods and I don't have the 3 bar yet.

Marie is using the stock ECU.

Hello Alan! It seems Smaug has been joined by the Elans of LGM and Ekapol in having a 3-bar sensor mated with 550cc injectors, a Garrett T2560 turbo and the stock ECU. I know we've discussed this to a certain extent but I'd appreciate your help in understanding one implication of the configuration:

With a 3 BAR sensor, I understand the manifold pressure seen by the ECU is only 2/3rds of what's actually in the engine. Assuming we have a stock chip and boost control valve, and we do not use an MBC, what are the boost limits, overboost pressure and at what point does the fuel cutoff occur?

Please note, I'm asking this in theory, as Smaug is fitted with an MBC. I'm just pondering the ramifications of using the stock boost control setup..
