Memorabilia

Postby Specky » Sat 08.03.2008, 19:05

Just thought about doing a bit for the wiki on the original memorabilia for the M100...

Has anyone got any information or pertinent pictures of the time.. especially what stuff was going around..

I'll bring my magazine collection to Donington - you can have the lot.

Elan poster

Postby Mike_H » Sun 09.03.2008, 10:41

I have a poster of the Elan that measures about 590x420mm.

I bought it from a classic car show at tatton park about 1997 , I am not sure if it is a Lotus original. I remember there was also a similar poster with a yellow Elan too.

Love the Pic of the blue S2.. especially the wheels...

Anyone got any pics of badges, stickers, pens, pencils, letters, tie pins, cuff links, watches, the bible, pictures of the production line... infact anything at all...

Do you know of something or an item that may exist...

And does anyone have a list/pictures of the engineers, mechanics, test drivers, garage mechanics... etc

Could you add one name to the list... That could possibly be matched to the writings on the internal panels...

I've got the 9 Oct 89 News Release pack - all ten sections of it.
Breast of Pigeon with Blackberry Sauce was the starter for the launch dinner too.
It was held at Jennings Restaurant, Wymondham.
