i have had dealings with an ebayer known as elan_red this person has hand made parts to sell you as genuine sayig he has no need for them he has sold the same parts several times and even has a reciept for the original parts (used as a pattern) he or she are based in north yorkshire so as a word of warning beware of anyone selling the same part over and over again

.......What's your real name?
....who do we know in Yorkshire.............?
.....who tried to make a few (well, lots actually) quid out of stuff from the aftermarket part sale last year..............?
....Who *
may* have been looked at in relation to Section 2 of the Fraud Act

Tommy
Why are you saying they are hand made

, when all he has done is buy loads of stuff off the lotus parts sale and then sold them on e-bay for a profit to people who are unaware of it.
Take our rear lights, if you take the smoked cover off you will see they are made by a drunk 5 year old kid! A lot of Lotus original stuff is not quality made.
Why did you not buy them for a fraction of the price yourself?

Had a feeling it was him but just didn`t understand the hand made parts bit
Why does Lotus keep selling the same parts to the same person who are obviously buying to make money out Lotus owners.

and for a LEC member to do this is a very said indeed

Sad indeed. Which is why he hasn't been 'active' for a long time.

I'd wager they were genuine (albeit crappy Lotus) parts.
