Nothing on my mobile Scott but I'll hopefully be there on the Sat at Duns and definitely at Knockhill on the Sunday - assuming BD has my entrants pass
Thirlestane this Sunday if anyone's interested ? AB2CV ?? I will hopefully have a spare ticket (free !!) for someone.

Mark, I plan the Bonnybridge to Duns convoy on saturday. I'll do knockhill if bobby has my pass. I cut and pasted the .doc that CL emailed and retuned to bobby cc Andrew Laing, so one of them should have figured it out.
You haven'y changed yr mobile since last yr have you ?

Yes - but the SIM card and no. is still the same.
I hope to be at Duns on the Sat afternoon. According to Booby you just turn up on Sun. at Knockhill, say you're on the CL stand and get in for 1/2 price - allegedly !
I've got my free pass for the Thirlestane event this w/e so I think BD's worked out how to use e-mail

Don't forget the Jim Clark w/e at Knockhill this Sunday.
I have been told through the grapevine that Lotus will be unveiling their Jim Clark limited edition "type 25" Elise. Only 25 will be produced and it is also named after the type 25 that JC won in in the 60's.
There's also a chance to join the huge Lotus cavalcade round Knockhill and I think there is also a Club Lotus trackday. In addition, there is a display covering 60 years of Lotus' production.
It'll be like a mini Hethel with the added bonus of lots of Jim Clark stuff thrown in as commemoration of his untimely death at Hockenheim 40 years ago.
One for Lotus nuts and not to be missed

Booby Dickerse said to say you were on the Lotus stand allegedly. I'll believe it when I get the half price ticket - it cost me £15 to get in and kick tyres last year at the Classic Speedfair

For all youse Jocks that aren't making the pilgramage to Hethel this September I'd suggest that you try and make Knockhill this Sunday.
I've had insider information that the Lotus presence will be significant with all sorts of exotic machinery. And this will definitely be the show where the "Type 25" is first unveiled in Britain. Anyone got a spare £36k ?

Here's a few shots from yesterday's event. There was a good display of M100's - I counted 7 on and around the Club Lotus stand. There were even a couple that had made the pilgramage from North Yorkshire

Your first photograph is a collectors item Mark, sun and clear skies at Knockhill

. Hopefully I will try and make another event later in the year. I had a great run back from Stirling last night the roads were quiet until just after Drymen, hope you had a decent trip south as well. PS the peco sounded great.

Gave it some welly on the way back Stevie and got home before 9pm - 150 mile top down round trip but what a fabulous day.
I've been praising the PECO ever since having one of the first ones over 2 years ago. £250 well spent - it looks good and sounds better.
Looks like that's a PECO, ESM chip, new hood and Hi Spec brakes on your shopping list. Just break it to SWMBO very gently and in stages.
PS Don't forget that all your RockAuto cambelt parts saved you nearly £200 on SJS prices

So that's 1/3 of a PECO and an Everest chip accounted for already
