Seat Mounting Hole Spacing

Does anyone know the spacing for the mounting bolts/holes for our seats? I'd prefer not to have to remove one just to measure them My crude estimates done while lying on the floor of the garage tell me that they are "about" 14.5 inches from front to back and another 14.5 inches from side to side.

Anyone have something more accurate? Thanks!

I've got two of Algirdas' seats in the garage........

14¾" front to back.

13 3/8" rear side to side.

13 5/8" or 13 9/16" front side to side.

Yeah but one small detail..... the shoulder bolsters may not fit. Thats the major issue with sport seats in our cars

Ahh yes, there is that. Still, if I could talk them down to $2k it might be worth considering. Full leather seats AND a carbon fibre shell for reduced weight. Hard to find that combo around town. And, if you do, they would be close to $2k for a pair anyway. My goal is to find black leather sports seats with red trim or stiching, fully reclining with a quick release, adjustable lumbar and a light weight shell (carbon fibre or fibre glass).

Provided they fit. I measured the stock ones at about 20 inches across at the widest part of the seat, 20 inches across at the waist and 17 inches across at the shoulders.

I like these better. to leather wrap them would be relatively easy and inexpensive + THEY'RE A LOTUS PART!!!! I like that.

Me too. But if you want to fit Elise seats then it's worth shoppingaround as I only paid £115 for mine (pair) they need to be retrimmed to match but even without they are perfectly useable.

Theselook pretty nice as well (the Ferrari ones were WAY too big at the shoulder bolster). Pretty reasonable for a pair of all leather, carbon fibre backed seats actually.

Marie, (if you're still following the thread) what seats did you install and can you tell me how wide they are at the shoulders? How much room do you think we have to play with befroe the seats can't be reclined to a decent position due to the shoulder bolsters hitting the B post cover?
