and she says that while ours is tatty, and may arguably be tired, it's probably a tad better drive than an Elan with no gearbox, or a wreck that's still festooned in river weed......

I was coming out of the Post Office this morning, after putting a package in the mail to garymb, and I spotted a guy standing in the parking lot, taking a picture of "The Stig" with his camera phone.

I've gotten plenty of looks, and plenty of comments, and plenty of questions, but this is the first one I've noticed taking pictures. :smt112

I don`t believe it, i get the car back on the road (friday) and trying to find a local garge to do the Tracking what do i see heading towards me another :m100: M100, manage a quick flash of the lights and got a wave, think the guy was a bit shocked lol. I`ve only ever spotted one other Elan local/ish but this one was only 5 mins from my home

It was on St John street in Lees, so here`s another :smt006 from me just incase your a member off LEC.

BTW there was no way i could off turned round and chased him down as Pinky`s tracking is so bad the tyres squeel and difficult to keep in a straight line

Anyone's yellow M100 in GST Performance on Friday ? Looked very nice.

GST did a grand job of my geometry and finishing the work I'd started to eliminate the dreaded squeak (now completely cured), as well as showing me around my car while it was up on ramps. Can't recomend them enough.

Chris.

Ten miles south of Oxford.

I was having a VERY depressing and frustrating couple of days hols with Mrs JackoN.

We went to Formby, where a year and a bit ago you couldn't move for Red Squirrels, and where we took some superb photos.

Poor little buggers have suffered 80% mortality since then, thanks to the Squirrel Pox virus, and we didn't see a single Squizzer!

We knew it was bad, but not how bad.

But though I hate shopping and shopping Malls, the Traff was impressive, and an Elan in the car park was a bonus.
