Firstly though, this will not happen unless the provider of these is willing to get some more made.

If some one wants to take this on then best they step up and volunteer, I'll assist with the necessary info. I have neither the time on my hands nor the inclination to organise another buy.

I'm a newbie here, but presumably whoever does this needs to be a mod (or tasked by a mod) or needs to be a trusted senior member because they will be representing LEC to the supplier and will be collecting people's money.

I had assumed (obviously wrongly) that someone would have all the necessary information and contacts to make 'pressing the go button' for a second batch a relatively straightforward process.

Did I detect some untold story in the comment that you don't have the 'inclination' to organise another buy, Nige? I can quite see that you might not have the time - lack of inclination makes it sound as though it was a nightmare? I'm probably wrong-end-of-the-sticking wildly, though. I seem to be misconstruing madly at the mo (and being misconstrued). Was it an absolute nightmare last time?

Who is the provider? Is a second batch likely to be problematic?

Is anyone going to step up here? Not much sense in me doing it and having them shipped to Canada then back to the UK or elsewhere. It really doesn't take too much to make it happen. Just some organizational skills and commitment.

Are the original molds still available if someone else were to try to have these made, or do they belong to the supplier? It wouldn't do me much good to organize a buy with a UK supplier, but I might be willing to do it over here, provided we didn't have to duplicate all the tooling work.

No info was asked for or passed as no one stepped up to offer to take on another group buy. It is for the need of someone willing rather than someone being tasked. If someone steps up and offers I will establish whether this is even possible. I am not prepared to say any more in open forum.
