Yep Doug, Bromsgrove Auto Trimmers are exceptional.
They even have a dedicated Lotus page now... Clicky

Yes, I'd agree that Bromsgrove are very good.....

In fact I now own the red Elan that was retrimmed by them and (I think) is pictured on their website.........

Martin

Two questions:
Has your car got aftermarket rear lights?
Is it Graham's ex car?

Hi Sy,

I think the lights are standard :? , but as this Elan ownership thing is all very new to me - you might know better ! .... Here's a picture showing them:

and yes..... I bought the car recently from a dealer, where it had been traded in by a 'Graham H.' of Bromsgrove.

....... any snippets of info that you (or anyone else) might have on this particular car and its history, would be more than gratefully received (passed either via the forum or by Private Message :!: )

Cheers,

Martin.

Those are standard lights - I asked because when I took my car down there recently there was a red Elan with aftermarket panel and lights in their workshop.
Graham Hibbert's old car, thought I recognised the interior which was done by BAT. I lent Graham my Lotus embroidered leather swatch for BAT to reverse engineer for future use. Graham never skimped on expense as far as the car went, although, apart from the interior I don't recall any particular projects he carried out.
I think he traded it in for a Ferrari.

On seeing Martin's car this weekend I recognised the retrim and said his car was almost certainly known on the forums! It looked to be in great shape, and seeing Bromsgrove's work first hand I'm definitely considering them when I do my own interior.
