Due to popular demand and the need to co-ordinate track days and accomodation the dates are now changed to 10th to 13th July 2009.

I have provisionally reserved 8 rooms of various types and these will be held till 15th December by which time if you definitely want to come and be sure of a room in the preferred hotel you will need to book. BUT- before you start hassling over the arrangements I have some other calls to make re bookings to see what reductions I can negotiate.

This date gives us the best chance of some decent weather and really long days to take advantage of.

I have not been able to progress this further just yet cos the IOMSPC have no schedules or prices for next year- yet!!!!
About time they didnt have a monopoly. These are not expected to be done till mid to end Nov. I will update as soon as I have the details.

Here it is folks!!!!!

Friday 10th July 2009 to Monday 13th July 2009

Depart Liverpool 1130 Friday 10th July 2009
3 nights stay at the Glen Helen Inn [don't park your car in front of ChrisT]
Return Liverpool 1530 Monday 13th July 2009 - the later departure gives us an extra 3/4 day driving on the island.

Track day for those interested with Duke track days at Jurby on Sunday 12th July 2009- provisionally booked for 6 cars.

Ferry £195
Hotel £45/night for a single; £75 twin or double.
Track day about £70
The increased costs of the ferry and hotel are due to the time of year.

NOW PAY ATTENTION- the hotel are only reserving these rooms for the next week or so. The sooner you do something about it the better. There are other events on this weekend and the hotels will fill up quite soon as the other events are already advertised. They may also provide us with additional entertainment- its the Manx International Car Rally.
