Soft and wet here at the moment but getting harder as the temperature comes down and settling quite thickly.

Depending on what happens tomorrow will determine if I drive 2 hours or not, if it's as iffy as forecast then probably not.

I think that it would sensible to make a decision at say 5pm tomorrow as to what everyone is doing in view of the road/weather conditions. I'll give the H&C a call tomorrow and find out what the conditions are like there. I know I'm taking the southern jessie attitude here, carp all you like :-D

They are forecasting another 4 inches here tonight, Tracy wants to stay in :!: , she doesnt wanna miss the chance of another 4 inches, or the possibilty of having it all over her face (michelle style). I am going to stay here with her just to make sure that if she swallows any she doesnt choke & to take some photos so we can keep them for the future, incase it doesnt cum again for another few years.

So all of you enjoy yourself tonight if your brave enough to venture out.

I have just phoned the H&C and they told me that the A31 is fine but the country lanes are still very slushy. The forecast is not to drop below freezing so i think as long as you stick to main roads you should be fine.

If you have said that you are going and have decided to give it a miss can you post accordingly to let everyone know, wouldn't want someone to brave it all the way there and find that they are the only one!

Cheers '0 inchs' Chris
