Not to be a killjoy on all this, but I am steadily changing as many nuts and bolts to SS as I can.
I simply take the originals to my ever patient chappy at my local propwe iron mongers (Rothwells in rochdale)
AND HE GOES INTO THE BACK AND BRINGS THEM OUT TO ME, EVEN IF i WANT ONE OFFS!!

He then looks at me and if I want alot he charges a fiver, if I want a few he charges me nothing!!!

Though I am sure he does not do all the fancy ones

I'm just embarking on a wastegate porting project, having fitted the Peco exhaust two years ago and lived with boost creep for all that time! I've now got a garage and a company car, so the job has now become much more feasible!

I've just ordered a Piper PCE, every bolt, nut and stud in sight is soaking in WD40 and replacing the relevant fixings with stainless seems to be the sensible thing to do at this stage. So, which set of fixings will I need and what's the current availability & cost?

Many thanks!

Ben

Hi!

I would need a WSS... Too late or not? If not, how long would it take to be made and shipped?

WSS ordered!

I have also asked for prices for some stainless bleed nipples for my Wilwoods, as last years were corroded to buggery. I don't know how expensive (and we need eight!) they are going to be but is anyone else interested?

Is there an estimate on delivery?

My turbo is in bits on the workbench and I want to put it back together

(I did ask by PM about a month ago and got no answer  )

If it is iminent, I'll wait - if it is going to be a short while, I'll use normal bolts for now and replace them in due course.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

Should be in next week Dave, I'll bring them to CC (and a set for Phil to replace the ones he sent to HJ).

Right, who else still wants them?

(no problem, I'll put it back together with normal M8 studding for now & then swap them!)

Possible WSS GB if there's enough interest. Price (hopefully £20-£25) will be dependent on numbers.
