Lotus Sport Open Day
14th March 2009

Lotus Sport are holding an Open Day, Saturday 14th March 09. This is a great opportunity to meet the Lotus Sport team, discover exciting new products the department are working on and take advantage of a unique offer to have a Lotus Engineer assess your car.

The event will run from 10am until 4pm with entry being on a ticket only basis. These can be obtained by contacting James Martin at Lotus Sport on 01953 608 267.

Amongst the attractions will be:
*View the Lotus Sport workshop.

*Lotus Sport Clothing at an Open Day discount.

*Find out more information regarding the “NEW” Lotus Driving Academy.

*View new Lotus Sport performance parts developed by the team and take advantage of an Open Day discount.

*See the exciting new Lotus Evora along with other models within the current Lotus range.

*Remote control Sport Exige racing.

*Lotus Club International will be in attendance.

*Passenger Demonstration Rides in either Lotus 2-Eleven or Exige S –
£25.00 per person for 2 full laps of the Lotus Test Track. Availability will be on a first come first served basis and places must be pre-booked with James Martin on 01953 608 267.(terms & conditions apply)

*Have your car safety checked in the Lotus Sport workshop, followed by an assessment by one of Lotus’ Senior Engineers. You will be passenger while the Engineer drives your car around the test track and gives you their opinion of your car. This unique opportunity enables you to ask questions and benefit from the wealth of their Lotus experience.
At £50.00+VAT per car, demand for this is due to be high and therefore the limited places must be pre-booked with James Martin at Lotus Sport on 01953 608 267. (terms & conditions apply)

The day will start for some of us with an 8am meet at Birchanger Services on the M11. So far 2 Elans and 5 Esprits are due to convoy together.

I'm just trying to decide which girl to bring to this one, or might just come on my own.

I'm so jealous.

I knew that F1 cars has superb ground effects and had heard that they could drive on the ceiling but thats the 1st time I've seen photographic proof :D :D :D

£50 for an inspection by the Lotus Sport Techs then a few full laps of the test track chauffered by the Chief Engineer!
