Which wiper for the M100?

I want to replace my wipers but I can't find a manufacturer that identifies which of their products is suitable for the M100. Matty and others list a wiper on their parts lists, but I wanted to know whether I could just walk into Halfords and buy a set of Champions that would fit.

I've just fitted a standard Bosch 22" from Halfords (for drivers side you need the one without spoiler, at least if you have the OE arms, never tried a spoiler version on assist side tho' )
Works a treat.
I now need to save up for another so the passenger can see

Tesco have 22"" blades about £1.49 IIRC - I haven't tried them, though

Okay so I'm in the US, but I fitted the Bosch Icon's and they work splendidly. Since the mount is standard it is just a case of measuring the blades and buying the right length. I went slightly longer on both and it works a treat! Just don't be filled by doubt when you turn up at the counter with two blades of vastly different length, I had the store manager give me a couple of minutes of "are you sure?"

I'm having a bear of a time getting the old wiper blade off. Am I missing something? The blade only tips up 15-20 degrees while most will pop up like 90 degrees to aid in removal.

there maybe a small latch to press in to release them, i found the hard part was fitting the bosch wipers (just the standard ones) on, theyve been ok but not been blow away, as i dont think there is quite enough flex in them so the wiping in places isnt as good as id like.

By the way I have always fitted the fed blades (got a good curve in 'em) a fiver from aftersales if I recall, or more if you are stupid like me and get them from SJ Sportscars!

You're quite right, the arm only lifts a small amount - not enough to swivel the wiper blade to change it in the usual manner. What I do is pull off the plastic cover from the bottom of the wiper arm, undo the nut holding on the wiper arm, and pull it off to allow the wiper blade to be fitted. Then align the arm properly on the splines, do up the nut and clip on the plastic cover again.

i guess taking the arm off would make it easier, i got the old wipers off quite easily and i just fought with the new ones for 5 mins. a not so subtle mix of brute force and ignorance. the latch i was talking about may only be on the bosch blades theres a small plastic piece which fits into the curve on the wiper arm and IIRC i pressed this latch in and you can slide the wiper blade down the wiper arm then manover it off from there, but this may not be the wisest or most elegant method

Yeah, taking the arm off is the right tactic. Much easier, and you don't have to plan on respraying the arms you scratched up prying the old wiper blade off. Removing one nut... much easier
