Just bought a '95 S2 Turbo last week - great car, drives so well.

I'm Derby based and was wondering if there are any regular meets in and around the area? Would be good to meet other Elan owners and swap notes etc.

You've found the right place, unfortunately we've missed a couple of meets recently due to G's accident, which also wrote off his Elan.
Now the weather's improved and he's (almost) back on the road, I'm sure the meetups will resume.

Right, the second Sunday in June is the 14th but due to the Snetterton event I thought it would be a bad idea to organise something the same weekend. I reckon the 7th should work!!

Gents - good to meet you last Sunday... shame about the weather (glad it's improved this week so far).

Following on from what we said about the meet in Shardlow - it looks like that is the Lotus Drivers Club and it happened last night (8th)!! Their next meet is on 13th July.

I'm still up for a July LEC meet at The Hutt if you guys can agree a date.
Enjoy this weekend - can't make it myself.
