Just two aluminium cross pieces to pick up the original elise seat runners .
£30.00 for 4
Nothing to stop this from being modified to fit other seats.

Bob,
Any chance of a photo of the aluminium cross pieces you made for nige? mine are steel box section, wouldn`t mind them being done in Aluminium

Wonder how easy it would be to fit the Elan runners to the Exige/motorsport seat :?

Monty not quite sure what you have there is it the Elan seat runners with two pieces of box section bolted to the top?
What seats have you got?

I do not think the Elise seats will fit the Elan seat runners as the seat mounts are different like the rear one is on the side and it sits down inside the Elise runners.

Yep, there the Elan stock runners and just bolted to the box section. Had a bit off a nightmare when doing it as the bolt holes are close together
The seats are Cobra Monaco, eventually i`ll go to some thing simlar to Nige as it`s easyer to use the normal seat belt

Fantastic! Bob, the VX-/Elise-Seats have only the driverside adjustable. I think in the case of the exige it is the same. Further on the cars VX/Elise/Exige are asymetric and it is not possible to simply plug and play the seatrunners... have you mixed GB and ROW-driver seatrunners together ? Please tell us more about it.

And of course, is another set of the cross pieces available? Image

And last question: What´s about the position? The seats should be lower than the stock ones... is anything under control/good to see?

Kind regards

You are correct about the drivers side being the only one that is adjustable and the passengers side one is fixed.
I belive if you wanted both to be adjustable then you could get the drivers side runners for the car with the driving position on the other side, for us in the UK it would be a LHD drivers seat runner as my understanding the seats them selves are the same.
As for height this can be adjusted by the bobins under the Elan seat mounts, I think Nige used the ones out of his second car as the S2 ones I believe are lower but it would not take much to make them up to suit the height required.
We are in the process of refining the fit once done then then they will be available.
