Window Postage Tips...........

Have sourced a replacement passenger window but need some advice on getting the thing to me.............. Anyone know the cost and have any tips on packing the thing...............

Idealy a wooden box packed with foam packaging, but that going to cost you in weight. What about a large cardboard box filled with packaging foam and wrap the glass with a load off bubble wrap. It`s more likley that the parcel company won`t insure glass

How does art get posted? I'm sure if you ask for the window to be treated as a landscape the parcel service must have a tried and tested way. Max

How about a foam cushion like off a three piece suite. Cut a slit like a big envelope. £3 down any local foam supplier. Max
