Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it


...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Two small points:

Has anybody received their ferry tickets yet ? :?

Also, is there any mileage (Sorry!!) in a final meet up at, say, Burtonwood M62 Services for a tea/coffee/breakfast, before heading to the ferry together ? :-)

1) No

2) according to Autoroute, there would be a mileage of about 15.8 :lol:

Aye but that doesn't include the 0.7 miles to get out of the chuffin' services ! :-)

The usual route in from the S.E. is via the M6, the M56 and over The Bridge, then along Speke "Boulevard" past the palm trees. :-D
We collect the S.W. boys on the M6 on the way up.

You dont get ferry tickets- just a booking reference which should be on your booking form from IOMTS.
