Sorry I couldn't make it to this; the alarm guy wasn't done till 7.30 (Gap Security - not recommended; I have some issues with them which I'll discuss in another post).

Most people don't get there until 8. The 3 daves were dressed in LEC uniform and made a big banner so you would recognise them. Quite embarrasing really, which is why I sat on a distant table, it didn't stop them coming over when they spotted me though! Apart from Specker who went home early in a huff because you stood him up. :wink:

Maybe see you next month :-D

Good to see Specks and daveA as well, but "snubbed" by the noble Mr B :lol:

My co pilot is never getting in an Elise again, she wasn't impressed with the car at all, didn't really understand it! Lol! I'll have to see if she likes the Elan or Esprit. She likes the Freelander though.

Nice photos Specky. My 2 landlords cars, Wills Silver Noble and James' Purple TVR!

Going to Fire up the Esprit this week and see if it will run all right.

Hope fully Bob will help me out with the BMC spacers and it will be back on the road for the 19th! :twisted:

What a shame I missed this - I could have doubled the number of Elans.

I had intended to come but have had to rush down to Cornwall due to a family emergency. I shall put next month's into my diary and give the car a wash and wax in good time...
