Not so sure about the asymmetric black 'undersealing' on the lower corners of the bumper though? Is that a stone-chip protection?

Thanks for the comment, I know what you mean about the black, it is stone chip and to be honest in the photo it looks like a lot more is painted black than actually is. it is not to noticable in real life. I tried white but it did,nt look good, so it was black or stone chips,

I'm wondering also, also new to the party - bought a '91 SE several weeks ago that's been parked with LR body damage since '98; now find that a replacement tail light is impossible to find worldwide! Sure wish that whoever ended up with it in '98 had gotten a replacement tail light then!

So I've been thinking about replacement tail lights from another source - even thought maybe from my '65 Elan, but though available way too expensive!

I am pleased to say that I finally have a mould for my rear pannel!
I was horribly let down 18 months ago after 6 months of broken promises from by my previous mould maker, I finally said I wanted my money back.
He then threatend to break my legs if I tried to get my money back. Dave Pink paid him a visit and I got my money back, but alas my original model had been destroyed.

I have re built a model for the panel and finished to a high standard, whilst restoring a few Elans doing a full time job and spending time with my little boy. The first pannel goes to Dave who has been so patient, supportive and helpful (if he's about this Sunday).

I have a supply of Lotus Harness connectors which will fit the Elan and the Lotus 'Monza' Lights, so no need to cut your wiring up! Just plug in my Harness adapter to your M100 one end and the Elise light the other.

My Carbon fiber prototype will be offered for sale in the coming week, to raise some cash for this project and a batch of 20 standard pannels are in production.
I never asked anyone for a deposit and resisted the temptation to start a list until I had a mould ready to go, as I know how these things can work out.

I spoke to Chris a few years ago just after I built my first model and cleared that he wasn't going to produce his pannel for sale, so thanks to Chris for not treading on my toes and making his a big sale item on the forum. My old thread was all about LEC discussion of what lights LEC members wanted on their car and the consensus was Elise S2 Bulb/LED units. I hope you like my work and I shall put a proper package together to offer to LEC members with prices and options I think people would like.

Hi Phil,
I was wondering if you still have or are prepared to make the adaptor harness to plug and play the Elise lights into the Elan loom? I managed to find an Elise rear valance (either your version or Chris Ps) so am on the search for the various other parts required for the conversion.
