Please book me as a third reserve. I would also like to get a short shift kit if they are still making them. Any contact info for A B Motorsports would be appreciated, as I have had zero success at contacting them off their web page.

Thanks

If you send a PM to WillB he is the UK point of contact for AB, he could possibly put you in contact Alan Betts direct.

You may find this helpful as you're the other side of the pond

The link may be a bit funny it's taken from the old LEC website

Possibly because Alan already answered that question before you asked it.

Yes, they will be.

Just a note to say, when transferring the money, can you put your name or LEC username in the payment description.

I've had a payment from someone, which just says "AB Cables LEC", so not sure who it's from!

Thanks

List updated today and second batch of cables will be sent on Tuesday.

For those who haven't had a chance to make payment yet, I am away on holiday from next weekend, so if you could pay this week it would be appreciated.

I have send PMs to all those I've yet to hear from.

Thanks

Cables recieved and installed. Deffinetly stiffer than OEM. Centering from 1/2 to 3/4 is pretty good but 3/4 to 5/R is crap. Other minor obsevation for those with cenering issues: it helps alot to change the orientation of the crossgate lever's pin as this aligns better with the cable position. I also ended up shimming that side of the cable mounting bracket to get it better aligned Also check to make sure the cables aren't raised as this greatly affects feel.

If the bush is not supplied, and we know of 2 people that did not get it - it is possible to reuse the old bush - see 'July 2009 Specification thread' for instructions on how to do that

I am also missing the bush in one end of one of the cables, could you please advise on what I should do (reuse old bush? or do I require a new bush?).

Thanks

Hi All,

Does seem a bit odd. Yes, it would appear the bush is missing from some if not all of the cables.

If your cable looks like below, without a black rubber bush then can you PM me your address and I'll get AB to post them out.
